Our Executive Suite Location is for individuals who are looking to fit therapy into their busy and hectic schedule, yet still believe in-person therapy is the best approach.

This integrative model is developed to increase accessibility to services and offer wellness solutions in Dallas, Texas by combining wellness methodologies with a full health plan in behavioral health treatment.
In June 2023, Sauna Therapy will be opening a new office space in the Bishop Arts District to incorporate and grow our wellness studio model.

Sauna Therapy Origin
The idea for Sauna Therapy came to me on a in hike in Sedona, Arizona. Hiking in the Arizona desert is a magical experience that reminded me of the resiliency of the human spirit. Much like the cacti, or the Ocotillo cactuses in the Mexican Desert, that stand tall amongst the pounding heat, the human species have an adaptable capacity to not only survive but thrive despite their circumstances. Sauna Therapy is a practice that embodies all three scientific disciplines: ecology, biology and psychology.
