Sound Bowl Healing and Meditation Group

Sauna Therapy’s Sound Bowl Healing + Meditation Group is a restorative mind-body experience designed to help you step out of the noise of everyday life and reconnect with a deeper sense of calm, presence, and emotional balance.

Through guided meditation, intentional breathwork, mindfulness, and the immersive vibrations of sound bowls, participants are invited into a deeply relaxing environment that supports nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and emotional processing.

Sound and meditation can serve as powerful complements to psychotherapy by creating space to notice sensations, emotions, and internal patterns without immediately needing to analyze or change them. Each session encourages participants to slow down, listen inward, and practice being present with their experience.

Sessions may incorporate:

  • Sound Bowl Meditation — An immersive sound experience using resonant tones and vibrations to support relaxation and focused awareness.
  • Guided Meditation — Therapist-led mindfulness practices designed to cultivate grounding, self-compassion, and emotional awareness.
  • Breath + Body Awareness — Gentle practices that help participants reconnect with physical sensations and recognize shifts in their internal state.
  • Nervous System Regulation — Practices informed by trauma-sensitive and somatic approaches to support grounding and regulation.
  • Intention Setting + Reflection — Space to identify what you want to release, cultivate, or carry forward.
  • Optional Group Processing — An opportunity to reflect on the experience and integrate insights in a supportive therapeutic environment.
