Sauna Therapy is currently seeking skilled therapists to join our team on a full or part-time basis. We are in search of candidates who are driven, client-focused, and compassionate. As a member of our team, you will work in a supportive and nurturing environment alongside a talented group of engaging therapists. We foster a strong sense of community among our providers, ensuring that they receive the necessary support to focus on their clinical work and help clients achieve their envisioned lives.
Requirements:

Provide individual therapy (20-30 clients full time 5-8 clients part time)

Work with highly motivated and consistent clients
- Teach Group Classes and Groups 1-2x per week
- Lead workshops and retreats

Submit progress notes and treatment plans online in timely fashion
Work for a progressive and innovative therapy studio
Remote options available and clinician-led scheduling
Professional Development: Access consultation for professional development resources
Administrative Support: Access a dedicated intake, billing, and marketing team so you can focus on clients
Marketing Support: We help build your client base via marketing strategies, paid directories and our insurer and university partnerships
Non-Clinical Opportunities: Develop training and workshops in-house or to our community and university partners
State-Of-The-Art Software: Access to an EHR and our proprietary dashboard that makes note-taking and administrative tasks the least stressful part of your day
Competitive Pay: Ranging from $50 to $90 per hour. Annual earning potential dependent on licensure type and part-time or full-time status; possibility to earn 6 figures for a full-time fully-licensed therapist. This is a fee-for-service position that allows therapists to determine their earning potential.
